Hi, I’m Ilma, a neurodivergent mother, full-time carer, trauma survivor, and the woman behind this chaotic little empire of truth, healing, and brutally honest merch.

I’m not just a survivor of life’s generic struggles. I’m a survivor of domestic abuse, forced marriage, medical neglect, and generational silence. I was raised in a world that told me to hush, behave, and carry on as if everything was fine. I didn’t carry on. I burned it down and built something new, for me, and for my children.

MamaPhoenixByIlma wasn’t created from boredom or a spare budget. It was built out of necessity, through tears, debt, hospital appointments, school meetings, and nights where I barely slept. I didn’t have a safety net. So I wove one out of grit, pain, and purpose.

This shop is not just a business. It’s a full-blown rebellion. Against the stigma, the shame, the labels, and the societal pressure to make ourselves smaller so others feel comfortable.
